Say No To Bullying!

Workshops

Designed to raise awareness of the effects of bullying and how to deal with it more effectively, this workshop is suitable for PHSE lessons, youth groups and community workshops. This one hour interactive workshop encourages young people to:
•    Define bullying and understand its forms
•    Identify types of bullying behaviour
•    Explore the roles of the bully, bullied and bystander
•    Identify the emotional state of those involved in bullying scenarios
•    Create awareness of their own and others’ experiences, developing empathy and understanding
•    Contribute to class and group discussions, verbalising thoughts and feelings

Working cooperatively, the workshop was designed to encourage pupil participation, and to provide opportunities for discussion.
